Voip on nokia symbian 3 anna update

i was using the sip application on my nokia to make calls with my freephoneline sip account since almost 3 years now, but after the update of nokia to symbian 3 anna it stops working though it is registered but when trying to call it says this account number is not valid, which means that something is changed and needs to be done while other providers is working good as it was since then.
so any help will be appreciated

after so many attempts, i can receive calls but no outgoing calls, the response is "this account is not valid"
admin pls look into it
