FPL softphone - message deleted message

Post by fuzy_d »

hi, ive tried to contact support about this but no one has responded (over 5 days now),
maybe someone here has an idea whats going on.
I have tried to call and access my cell phone voice mail using the FPL softphone desktop app. (newest version)
while i am accessing my cell's voice mail i hear the FPL softphone voice prompt telling me "message deleted"
it is FPL softphone's voice message telling me this not my cells voice prompt.

to clarify what i'm doing... i dial my cell number then press # followed by my pass code then # to access my cell voice mail.
which works from any other normal phone.
maybe this effects the FPL softphone application causing problems, i do not know.
but this happens every-time i try to do this since i updated to this new version.
any ideas ?
thanks
Interesting to install xp-sp2 on an Acer x1200,

Since I deleted all *Freephoneline subfolders in "Documents and Settings", I can freely surf in my cell VM.

Oops! Is it worst than before deleting folders? Did you uninstall, delete any remaining folder and reinstall?

Well, uninstall FPL then Java, delete all *Freephoneline folders in Windows and reinstall FreePhoneLine software.
