insufficient funds
hey, i bought a grandstream straight from fpl and i seem to have a problem, well.... i dont, but my parents do....they are kinda slow at dialing and i think thats the problem.... i dial fairly fast since im a cellphone user, but my parents take a bit longer to dial.... now my parents cant seem to get an international call without a message going on saying i have insufficient funds when i actually do..... any help?

In the configuration for your Grandstream there's a "no key entry timeout" that's set to 2 seconds - this can be increased to a number of your liking.
