Hi,
I have Grandstream HT286 as my ATA device and when I dial *98 on my telephone I get a silence and I am not able to retreive my voicemails that way. Can someone assist me in fixing this problem? Also can I hear my voicemail from another phone like my cell? If yes, what do I need to press? Thanks for the support.
Nino

Re: Cannot hear Voicemail
That sounds like your dial plan has not been set up right. A quick work around will be just to dial your FPL number from your ATA. This will pass you to your voicemail. I would double check what you have in your dial plan setting though.
To access your voicemail remotely, dial one of there numbers http://www.freephoneline.ca/vmAccessNumbers but you will need to have already set up a password (via voicemail from your own phone). The login number is 1 and your FPL number (1613366xxxx)
