phone number not responding

Hello, just a quick question, prior to the Oct 28 update, everything worked perfect, but on the morning of the 28th I noticed that when called it went straight to answering machine and would not ring through or forward as it was previously set up to do. Anyone else have this or similar problems recently? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks,
