I have been experiencing virtually-continuous and worsening loss of service since the morning of Oct 26, if not earlier.

After starting the Softphone, the phone is initially operational, ringing, forwarding and receiving calls normally.

However, it remains this way for no more than 1-2 minutes.

Following this, since Oct 26 (if not earlier), all incoming calls to my Softphone have failed to ring or be forwarded.

Call logs were still recorded normally until at least Oct 24.

On Oct 26, I noticed that all call logs prior to Oct 26 (both for this and the previous month) had disappeared from the "Call Detail Records" view, but four calls had been logged as being sent to my phone that morning (Oct 26) - none of which had rang on my end.

By the following evening, the "Call Detail Records" once again listed the call logs from before Oct 26, as well as a few after that date - but those four calls from the morning of Oct 26 had disappeared!

Worse, since at least 10:00 am Saturday morning, incoming calls to my phone have almost always been met with the worrying staccato "beep-beep-beep-beep..." suggesting that my number is out of service.

No ringing. No forwarding. No call logs. No answering machine. Simply out of service.

As I am using this number as my direct line for patients who need to call me directly, I am naturally worried about this situation.

Any help you can provide would be very appreciated, and thank you in advance for your time.

i have the same issue

Is there any log that you can look at?
i am using an ATA box not a softphone.

I am wondering if you are getting '"can't connect to login server"?
