Hi,
My phone was working fine for a month.This morning I got a call. Was fine.An hour later I tried to phone and got this message: "this account is already in use"
Can't call , can't be called.
Help!

That's usually indicative of all three channels on your account being in use.
Are you using an ATA or our softphone?
If an ATA, try unplugging it for five minutes then connecting it again. It would appear as though your calls aren't properly disconnecting when the phone is hung up.
