1- Is it fine to use the SIP configuration with multiple tool ( ATA Box , Iphone with VOIP Apps) to have both connected and working ? Is there a limit ?
2-Also to buy long distance credit should i buy it for the software or the mobile app ?

You can only have one SIP client connected at a time for it to work properly. If you have more, they will appear to work, but they will keep robbing registration from each other and you will have no idea which phone will ring if any. You can bet it won't be the one in your hand though!
If you have the config file, or using the softphone, you need to buy it for the Desktop App. The mobile app is if you are using the Budphone (or similar) for Android/iPhone.
You should see the phone number for the account you want to add credits to on the page where you buy the credits, just look out for that and choose that one.
