My phone only rings once

The system has been working good for a couple of months but since yesterday, whenever I receive a call, the phone only rings once and the voice mail kicks in. My ring settings are set to 6. Any suggestions?

That's odd. You could try changing the rings to 1, save, then back to 6 and save. If it's still the same, you could test on Xlite to see if the ring is still 1. If it is, I probably would PM the number to Steve or Kris to check on the backend for rings until voicemail. If it's normal on Xlite, maybe a device configuration issue. Which device are you using?
