Hi, just noticed this problem this evening, I get fast busy to several wind mobile numbers, the same numbers can call in without issue.
Tried calling those wind numbers from another provider and worked without issue.

Sol, are these numbers long distance? Are you dialing with or without a 1.
Would you be able to provide the first six digits (eg. 519-489) so that I may check our system for them? Also, could you please PM me your own FPL number?

my 2 FPL # (519-578-????,519-804-????) can not make call to any number of 226-600-xxxx since last night, geting busy signal, please solve this issue asap, thanks

Looks like it is in there: "1226600 CANADA Kitchener-Waterloo ON". Has this always been the case or did it only recently start?
I'm showing SIP/2.0 486 Busy Here on all my test calls as well as yours for the past 3 days. The calls also fail from my Bell Mobility cell phone, so it's looking like either of those TN's might be either disconnected or experiencing some other issues on the carriers end.

I just found the same problem with my account: can not call wind mobile phones. I kept getting a voice message "this call can not be completed as dialed from the phone you are using". I tried to dial 604-440-xxxx or 604-600-xxxx. Any solution?

To set the record straight, it is not problems calling WIND customers, it is just that FPL had not updated their tariff in a timely fashion, and the system that handles the rate-lookup to see if it is a free call or not had INCORRECT information (it defaults to it being a charged call if it not EXPLICITLY told it is a free call).
There are a few numbers like that in the Vancouver area still ... usually a quick PM to Steve fixes it ... before PM'ing him though, just verify that it is INDEED within the free calling area ... for Vancouver, the two links are:

I think that there are still one or two more WIND exchanges that are gimped (604-441, 445) but part of that problem is that CNAC shows them as ASSIGNED, even though they are IN SERVICE. 604-704 was recently fixed ... still waiting on 778-368 (Telus Landline) to be fixed by FPL.
