Incoming calls problem

Hello,
I cannot receive incoming calls to the desktop application.. Says person is not available. Outgoing calls work fine.
Follow Me works fine as well.
iPhone Media5 app has the same problem when working both via WiFi and 3G

What could be the problem?

Firewall blocking access to certain ports that are being used? Have you configured your set up as per the suggestions/recommendations in the FAQ section?

This forum does have a search function so that you don't have to scroll through endless posts, or in case you cannot find the correct heading ...

You may also want to take a quick look here (http://forum.freephoneline.ca/viewtopic ... 388#p15482) if you really don't want to do the lookup yourself.... forum search tool never hurts tho!
