Hi all,
I'm sorry if this is a re-post but i have used the search and could not find anything definitive around this topic. Recently my FPL number when calling from home (using ATA) shows number as blocked. This use to work fine for my until recently (about a month now). I looked into the ATA settings and nothing has changed so i was wondering if this is something that might be affecting certain users.

Have you tried dialling the star code on your ATA which controls caller ID block? It's possible that it may have been unknowingly dialled by someone.
If you PM me your number I can also confirm if the calls we are receiving from your ATA have caller ID blocked at the origination point or not.
