No Voicemail when app closed

Hello, I am new to FPL and have a voicemail related issue.

Recently my friend told me they called my FPL number and got a message followed by a busy or disconnect tone. At the time my PC was on but the software was not open.

Is it a feature of FPL that people cannot leave a message unless the software is running?

Is there a way to set FPL so that people can leave a voicemail when the software is not running?

If so please tell me how that is done.

My software is generally CLOSED when I am at work, as it tends to crash my PC at times. However, I am able to receive voicemails just fine. When I load my app it takes a while for the indicator to light up and show voicemail, but I have it set to forward to my email, so I am already aware. I would suggest a bit more troubleshooting on your part and see if there is a forward in there or something. Worst case, FONGO_Steve can be reached to reset your voicemail or troubleshoot any potential network issues.

I checked the Forward settings and disabled that. Now the voicemail comes on when the software is closed.
