iPhone 4 - call failed

I just installed the Dell Voice App. I've registered and I'm connected via wifi and 3g service.

I tried making my first call and the app says "Call Failed - Your call cannot be completed. Please ensure that you have a valid wifi or data connection."

I do.

Pointers?

I get the exact same problem on my ipad 2. The green light in the app even indicates that the app is connected to my wifi network. Same problem when I try 3G. I was able to make one call successfully but now no luck, but interestingly, I was able to purchase $5 worth of credits through the app, so clearly it is connecting. The wifi and 3G signals are very strong, so that's not the problem.

Same here. ipod touch 4g at 5.0.1 firmware.
