No Connection

downloaded dell voice on my computer, android tablet, and ipod touch.
getting a no connection to server error. did i set something up wrong, or are you experiencing technical difficulties?

No difficulties that I am aware of, what sort of firewall / anti-virus are you running on your PC?

If you haven't already, run the 'Test Connection' function in the desktop app to better diagnose the issue. On your Android tablet, are you using 3G or WiFi?
