can't receive calls on 3G
Is there a setting somewhere that I can receive calls on 3G, every time someone calls it goes to voicemail right away. I'm using an ipad2 with 3G.

There should be an option under preferences to answer incoming calls with Dell Voice.

Re: can't receive calls on 3G
I also cannot receive calls using the Dell Voice app on my iPhone 4. Whether the app is open or in the background, all calls go straight to VM. There is no option under preferences to answer incoming using the app. Within the App, going to Settings->Preferences shows only Ring tone, audible touch tones, sound effects and 3G Data Reminded. Nothing about incoming calls. I've look elsewhere in the app and logged into the dellvoice website to see if there is a setting anywhere, but it seems it just cannot receive calls.

Also, I should add, I tested on both wifi and 3G and could not receive a call in either case.

Re: can't receive calls on 3G or WIFI
same problem exactly on Iphone 4s
maybe its because, during installation i disabled push notification, but i didn't find a way to put it back on.

Re: can't receive calls on 3G
I have the same problem with my iPhone 4s. Everything goes directly to voice-mail. I can dial out without any issues.

Re: can't receive calls on 3G
If it helps with the troubleshooting, when I checked my call log online, every incoming call says "Destination out of order" for the disconnect reason.

Re: can't receive calls on 3G
Actually, for each incoming all, there are two records. The first says "Normal call clearing" and the second says "Destination out of order"

Re: can't receive calls on 3G
I had same issue with my iPad2 wifi too, out going calls work great, but never received incoming calls, all the incoming calls went to voice mail immediately. the call log displayed 'Destination out of order', what does that mean? I'm guessing whether its because I'm using Freephone line in the same network and might be related to port forwardings, but it didn't work either after I changed port forwarding.

Re: can't receive calls on 3G
ISUP Release cause #27 "Destination out of order"
"This cause indicates that the destination indicated by the user cannot be reached because the interface to the destination is not functioning correctly. The term "not functioning correctly" indicates that a signal message was unable to be delivered to the remote party; e.g., a physical layer or data link layer failure at the remote party or user equipment off-line."
Seems to be a routing error on the ISDN ISUP, maybe at the switch.
