[resolved] New account activation Error on new phone number

I signed up for a new account using the Dell Voice app. I received my email confirmation w/ a link for phone number activation. All good... but when I choose my number and click Yes all I get is an error page. I've tried to activate using both my iPhone and computer but to no avail, I always get the error. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I've been having the same problem since yesterday. After getting through registration and try to choose a number you get the blank error page. Is this happening for all new users?

I am encountering the same problem. Registration succeeded, I can login, but I receive an error when trying to select a number. I have tried this on my iPhone 4S as well as on my desktop (Win7) using Chrome and IE. I have tried selecting different cities but receive the error every time.

As per msmctavish's solution in another thread I was able to complete the registration and choose a number. I deleted my account via the desktop/web and then performed the entire registration procedure on my phone and it worked.

** I solved my problem by logging into my account on the Dell Voice website on my desktop and deleting my account. I then re-registered using the Dell Voice iOS app and everything went flawlessly. I either made an error on my initial set-up or there was a system error at the time I was registering yesterday. Either way problem solved! **

So registering using the iOS app is the solution?

I can confirm that registering through the Android app does not work. Nor does signing up in the browser. (OSX Lion / Chrome, Safari & Firefox)

Yep i have nexus with android, cant proced registration..... any ways of solving???

I first signed up before the app was in the market, so I did mine through the desktop app. Worked fine then without any issues.

I resolved this and finally got signed up by downloading and registering through the Dell Voice app on iOS then when email verification came verifying on desktop and completing the signup process there.
