I have the same problem with my iPhone 4s. I can dial out, quality is great but when I dial in, the call goes automatically to my voice mail.

Cheers, Chris

From my very brief testing (5 minutes) I've found that the DellVoice app needs to be active in the background, otherwise the call will go to voicemail.

that is exactly it. you need to make sure you keep the app running in the background. If you close it, you will not receive notifications. Also, if it is running in the background, and you are not receiving notification, go to your iphone settings click on Notifications than seelct Dell voice turn it to On

but, my iPad2 screen is showing the DellVoice dialpad, I don't receive any call either. Also I tried the Android app as well on my android tablet, still get the same issue, not receiving incoming call either. Could be related to its on the same network as my Freephone lines? outgoing call work great though.
