How can you keep the app always running on the iphone 4? (like always be in a logged in mode?) Sometimes when I press the app, it begins to log in, so that means that it wasn't signed in before and I would have not received any calls...

Hi molodk, when you want to have it run in the background, just hit your "Home" button. If you still want to get notifications of incoming calls, you will want to go into IPHONE settings click on Notifications than seelct Dell voice turn it to On.
