[Resolved] Unable to Dial - Windows 7

I've installed Dell Voice on 2 laptops, one XP and one Windows 7. The XP machine works perfectly however I'm unable to dial on the Windows 7 install by clicking the digits on the keypad. I've uninstalled Dell Voice, updated Java, restarted the machine, reinstalled DV, but still get the same problem.. Anyone have any suggestions?

Resolved - Tech Support had me delete all old instances of Java and install the latest version which fixed the problem.
