I just wanted to comment on the customer service I recently recieved.
I was having problems with my Grandstream getting it set up so a rep suggested because I was local and he knew more about the Grandstreams than any other to come to the office and he would help me out.
The afternoon was spent trying to get it working to no avail. Not many places would do what you did for me.
I won't say who you are but I am sure it's known amongst the rep's. I just want to say THANK YOU for all your assistance and the phone is working without a hitch.
