I setup Dell Voice in my sister’s computer through Team Viewer and I tested it. Looks like Dell Voice app in her PC does not recognize the hardware that control the sound. I got her to try the sound from the motherboard through a headset, not working, then tried using her logitech web cam microphone, no luck. Yet, everything works fine in Skype and MS Messenger, anyone had this particular problem.
Motherboard is ASUS motherboard M2N-E SLI
