I am thump up for this service and FPL too. I have all things with 7 working days ( ATA adapter, porting my existing number). As well as all CS and technican staffs are great. I just want to tell someone who think to switch Go Ahead and do it and make sure you have a quality high speed internet to support it well. I would like to say thank you for all staffs who have been helped me out .
On the other hand, it would be great if FPL has the feature ON HOLD with music and disable Voice Mail option.
