Whenever I make a call outside of coverage area...

Post by templer »

I have credits on my account; I get a "this call is not covered by your tariff plan - please contact your provider". Sometimes I try different methods to call the same number and after dialing the same number about 10 times, one of the times it connects. Wondering what maybe the cause of the initial message and sometimes, I am not able to get through at all. Any Suggestions/Help? :|

Hi templer, i think in this situation it may best that you call in to speak to one our CSR's as they may need to look a little deeper into your account.
