call on the road (driving)

can someone tell me they are using these sip phone while in car driving ???? i try sipdroid , dell voice and csipsimple and thats not a great succes story.... that actualy very desapointing..... i taught i can get rid of my telus cell plan.... but it look like i will need to renew....unless someone is able to tell me it work and what is the setup you using !!!

my phone is a samsung gio (gt-s5660)

I used twice on the way to airport to pick up my friends, it's pretty good. I use by speaker didn't try by blue tooth.
