Hi,
I just subscribed to FPL / Fongo and will be using it soon as my main phone service.
Being bilingual (English and French), I don't mind having to call emergency services in English, should I have to; but my kids don't speak English and I want to make sure that they would be able use the 911 service, should they need to.
My question: Is the 911 service provided by FPL / Fongo able to speak French or to quickly dispatch the call to a French speaking facility?

The e911 operators are available to assist in over 170 languages - French being one of them
