Calls go directly to voicemail... Please Help!!!

Calls go directly to voicemail... Please Help!!!

Not sure what happened but for 1 week my phone was working fine & from today nobody can call me :(
All calls go to voice mail even through my voicemail rings are set to 5???

I called tech. dept. but still waiting for a call back (on my cell) & they sounded like they can't really help since I bought my own ATA :roll: :roll:

Somebody needs to help me fix this somehow. Please help!
