No sound

I was trying to use my Dell Voice number to call a friend who is visiting Hong Kong on his Dell Voice, but we cannot hear each other, it was working fine when he was in Toronto. Anyone had this kind of problem before.

Hi ewong, Is the issue that the audio is very low or that there is no audio at all?

In Hong Kong, is he running on Wi-Fi ineternet? It is possible that if using public access WiFi, certain ports are being blocked and causing issues with the audio connection.
