I can't download the app to my phone!

Hi Guys, any help would be very appreciated!!

I bought a phone out of the states. HTC Eris 2.1 operating system.

I am having BIG issues trying to get the app downloaded. The error message says ' not available on your device ' and /or ' not avalable in your country' .

I thought it was because the phone is from the states but when i tried to down load the program to my home computer, i ended up with the same message.

Any ideas??
