Not enough credit
Need help. My phone was working fine for two years but all of a sudden I"m getting message you do not have enough credit for this call. I'm making a local call to my cell phone. Now I can't dial in or out.

Hi Colorwolf,
What city is your phone in? It is possible with the recent up dates, that the area it is in is no longer considered a free calling zone.

As Mike states, what are the first 6-digits of the number you are trying to call? Leave off the last 4 for personal security, and either a fongo-rep or one of us forum-ers can see what we can deduce for you!Colorwolf wrote:Need help. Re: Not enough credit
All of these plug thru the RateLookUp tool at $0.00 (FREE). I did try a test call to each prefix with my account and it seems to work fine --- maybe there is a direct problem with your account.Colorwolf wrote:I'm in Markham, Ontario and my voip # 416-623-####. I think that the best course of action for you is to CALL into Customer Support and have them check to see if there is a problem with your account. Not sure what the issue actually is .... sorry that I cannot be of any more help further!

Re: Not enough credit
One thing that you can do is go on line to the web site for your service, log in to your account and check the call log for the calls that you have attempted. The records might give you a clue about what is happening.
