Cannot make or receive calls

When someone tries to call me they get a fast busy. When I try to call out it throuth iPhone app it won't connect.

I ported my number to dell voice last week and set it up to auto call forward to my wife's cell. It worked great until this morning. I've disabled call follow me and it still doesn't work. Since I paid to have my home phone number ported in I'm very perturbed that it's not working all of a sudden.

Any help would be much appreciated.
