Today I was trying to help set up Dell Voice on my mom's android phone. My dad already has Dell Voice on his android phone. It receives calls just fine but today, it started malfunctioning. His follow me status is disabled but he's not able to get any calls. It goes straight to his dell voice mail. When I enable the call forwarding to always forward, it would ring twice then go silent. On the caller's end, it seems like it's answered but you hear nothing, not even the voice mail message.
I don't know what is wrong. It was working before. I did change my dad's email and pw but then that shouldn't affect his account. I'm able to get into his account using his new email login and pw. Both on computer app, android app and also website. On his android phone, he's able to make calls, just not receive.
Is there a problem with the follow me? or this account?
Update: Well, it's working now. Maybe there was some time that the network had to adjust to the email change.

Depending on when the changes took place, the system could well have been updating across the platforms. Glad it ended up being ironed out and working!
