Fongo states that Victoria, BC is a free-calling city. Granted. We have been informed that just because a CITY has free calling, not necessarily all of it's LCA will have free calling.
I would respectfully ask that whomever is in charge of "rates and routing" take a closer look at Victoria, BC and see about including it's LCA ... it would only add the two ratecentres of SAANICH and SOOKE. The reason that I bring this forward, is that the "borders" between Victoria and Saanich are somewhat blurred, and there is actually a fair amount of overlap between the Saanich-ratecentre and the actual city boundaries of Victoria. This is particularly important as the provincial government seat is Victoria, and some of the offices are in outlying areas which then have Saanich-ratecentre numbers.
Any progress on this would be much appreciated.
(and of course, an overall clarification of CITY vs LCA calling would be awesome!)
