Travelling out of Canada

Hi, I am traveling to Europe in a few weeks and am just trying to clarify a few things. If I am in Europe does it cost to call to Canada? or a Dell Voice user? Also what if there are incoming calls to my Dell Voice number when I am in Europe does that cost? Thanks in advance.

Regardless of where you use the Dell Voice app it will be exactly the same as using it at home! You'll still be able to call the same free calling area for free and others will still be able to call you just like you were at home.

However, if you're using Dell Voice on 3G in another country then you may incur the regular data roaming fees. It's best to stick to WiFi if travelling abroad!

Hi lilfionzm No matter where you are in the world, it is free for you to call to our free calling area in Canada. Any calls to Dell Voice users are always free. Receiving calls on your Dell Voice number is always free as well.
