Fongo iPhone app + PC

Dear,

I tried to connect to Fongo on my PC. Unfortunately, this is the error I got:

"Sorry, this account was created with an iOS device and cannot be used on any other device type due to Aplle Regulations"

Does this mean that I will never be able to use my fongo account on a computer?

Yes, unfortunately that is what that means. It has something to do with Apple's terms. If you do want to use DellVoice on your PC and iPhone, create a new account from the desktop app, or an Android phone, then you will be able to use it on the PC, iPhone, and Android.

It is only when you create an account from a iP* device does it lock it to iP* devices.

If you do decide to create a new account, and want to use the same email address (only one account per email address) you will first need to delete the original one.
This can be done by either logging into the account on the web site or by calling in and speaking to one of our customer support representatives.
Please keep in mind though, if you have already purchased a VoIP unlock key or have any long distance credits on the account, you will lose them when the account is cancelled.
