PROBLEM WITH CONTACT INFO AND CHAT SESSION

Hi, i make presentation my name is Monsieur Jackson, I've 26 years old and when i go at my friend home in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve arrondissement in Montreal City, QC, his show me this Windows 7 FREE PHONE LINE on http://www.freephoneline.ca and i've my laptop and my friend install that and configure that with me, i've no used, just the first time this morning and in my contact information he have section for Name, NickName, Phone Number #, and E-Mail, i've try and retry and i don't know how i add a e-mail on my contact info my first question is ''HOW I ADD A E-MAIL ON MY CONTACT INFO'' and other problem with this FREE PHONE for Windows 7 in down of that phone he have button for menu, call history, contact, keypad, voicemail, follow me and chat, how i use the chat session with a contact, it's no working is it for chat with a contact have a cellphone with a sms message chat session or for a mail style Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo, Gmail, Facebook, My Space adress chat... and my last question is... How i make my personnal message on my voicemail, when i listen the option i don't understand nothing nothing nothing when i try try try and retry my last is how i make a personnal message voicemail if just make in reply the reponse on this message how because i don't understand exemple : press 4 for personnal option after press 3 for personnal message press 5 for make a personnal message and press 2 for save the personnal message
