Recording a Greeting for Voicemail

Hello,
I am fairly new to Fongo and am trying to figure out how to leave a greeting on the voicemail so that people know they have actually called the right number. Any and all assistance would be appreciated.

Actually, that diagram does not help as I am not sure where the main menu is or how to access any of the menu selections!! The only thing I appear to be able to alter on my Fongo account is my email address and forwarding voice messages to email.

The diagram shows the structure of the voicemail menu. To access your voicemail, you need to CALL INTO the voicemail access number (any of them -- see the link at http://www.freephoneline.ca/vmAccessNumbers) and then enter your account number (your FPL/Fongo/DV #, in 11D format -- 1+NPA+NXX+LINE followed by the # sign, then your 4 digit passcode.

THEN the diagram tree comes into effect ...
