Hi
I have been using freephoneline.ca for almost 2 years now with no issues. I have always used 3CX on my galaxy s, and my galaxy s2. I just received my android update to ICS, and did a factory reset, I tried to reinstall 3CX and and reconfigure it, but I am having no luck.
3cx option : freephoneline.ca config
Name : [canada]
Display name : [Canada]
User : my freephoneline phone number (SIP Username)
ID : my freephoneline phone number (SIP Username)
password : my freephoneline config password (SIP Password)
PBX port : left it as default (5060)
STUN server : left it as default (stun3.3cx.com)
proxy : voip.freephoneline.ca
those are all the options I have used
I'm sure its a stupid mistake that I am making, but I would greatly appreciate any help.
thanks!
3CX Galaxy S2 - Android 4.0.3

The only thing that comes to mind is to make sure your user and id have the initial 1 on it and not just 613366xxx.
Are you getting any error messages?

I feel stupid, did the same thing with another app CSipSimple (it actually had an auto freephoneline account config) and it worked fine, the old app (3CX) probably didnt support my phone on the new OS
gosh I feel dumb, Thanks for the help though!
