goes straight to voicemail

it was working a few minutes ago, but now i can't receive incoming calls, it goes straight to voicemail, voicemail is setup to answer after 3 rings.

My first guess is that you have a NAT issue. What do you have for a router?

this was on my smartphone's mobile app using 3G, but the problem went away already, probably just a glitch on the system.
