Hello,
I have windows 7 64 bit and I have the desktop application running. All I can do is call my voicemail but then I can't press any key. My number is showing and I can click on Call and End, they work but the numbers don't.
How do i fix this problem?

Hey Everyone,
We have been looking into this and testing on it. We have been able to duplicate this issue. Dell Voice is currently looking into this to see about writting a patch for it.In the mean time, we do have a run around for it, so that you can get your dial pad working again. This issue appears to be on 32bit systems (running 32 bit Java) and 64bit that have uses 32 and 64 bit java that have the latest Java updates. If you follow this link, and go back to version 29 (for the 32 bit), the dial pad should start working for you again.

And go back to version 29, the dial pad should start working for you again.
