Last week I tried to change the email address in my account, it seemed successful but I was logged out immediately and can't login with either the old or the new email address anymore.
I contacted customer service by phone and they said they escalated the issue and it should be fixed in 24-48 hours but so far no luck.
Please advise.

Hi xoy74, When you change the email on the account, it is just the correspondence email that changes. your original log in information should still be the same. when you call in, you can also inform the agent your forgot your log in information and they can provide it to you after confirming your identity.
