I just registered for a Dellvoice softphone and when I tested the connection, the message stated that the server is down.  I am able to call from the softphone, but would get no sound.  However, I am unable to do the reverse, i.e. to connect to the softphone.
I just installed Bell Fibe, and was supplied with an Internet Hub for a dry loop connection.  I do not know what configurations I need to make, as I had also had a wired connection.  The manual I was given only provides for safety, warranty and installation only.  So if some one can help me to make the appropriate adjustments or fixes, much would be appreciated.  Sorry, but I do not know much about these technical stuff.
