Freephoneline dial pad can't open

I've tried to restart, repair, uninstall and reinstall and still can't have the dial pad come up on my lap top. Tried enabling firewall. Was told by Fongo Tech to open the ports number 5060 - 6064, 10000 - 20000 but I have no idea what he is talking about. I'm stuck because I ported both my numbers. Can't call out can;t receive calls. Voice mails coming via my e-mail are broken. Only hear parts of it. Really frustrated. The freephoneline numbers were working fine but problem started after the porting. :? :( :(
