how come no voicemail?

Hi, I'm so happy to hear about Dell Voice powered by Fongo. I've just registered for a new account and have downloaded the PC program. I tried to call my Fongo number, and my PC program asks if I want to accept or reject the call. I click neither. After 3 rings, I expect to be taken to my Fongo Voicemail, but then a computerized voice says: "That account number does not exist." What's wrong?

Thanks, Steve. I have called. The agent said that the website had a glitch in the registration. They deleted my account and I re-registered. It works now.
