Hi, I have just been reading up about this new Dell Voice Mobile app but I don't understand something. It says i can turn my iPod Touch into a phone using this, as long as I am wifi enabled?
How....what would I speak into, etc, as the iPod Touch is not a phone?
What is it I am not grasping?
For what it is worth, if it helps, it is jailbroken...
TIA

Headphones with a mic --- same as the earbuds that plug into most cellphones that have the built-in mic partway along the headset cord...
Simple 'nuff?

Re: How would this work?
I think that the newer generation iPod Touchs' (4th generation +) also have a built-in mic to use in conjunction with the front camera for things like Facetime.

Re: How would this work?
I have the latest version iPod Touch and I can either use it as a speaker phone (although it is pretty crap) or, as TheHardy said, plug in a headset with a mic on it. I use the one that came with my HTC mobile and it works perfectly.

I was unaware of that, but that would work also ... I think Jake has mentioned below that the quality of the sound is somewhat sketchy ...
