about the number inactive

Post by netyang »

Hi,

I know if a number inactive for a long time, I'll lost the number. I have a question, if I purchased some international Dell Voice credits, when the number closed because inactive, do I lost all the Dell Voice credits? Because mine and my wife dell voice account all has international credits.

Thank you.

Account does not time out for 90 days, and you get a warning email at 60 that you have not used your account. If you are making calls, then you don't have to worry. If you get the warning email, just log in and place one local free call to anywhere which connects to keep your account active. A local weather report number, your own cell phone voicemail or anything --- even the DellVoice customer support # works ... :-)
