Hi,
FOr IP address, The voice after *** says "e101e102e103e", which brings me nowhere online.
I've also tried "101e102e103e" which it also sometimes says, and no results.
My ATA is setup after the router, and the phone plugged in from there. Is this correct? And what are my next steos towards phone working?

Re: configuring Grandstream HT 286
What you are getting there is the MAC address and what you want is the IP address.
You need *** and the 02 and will probably be something like 192.168.1.5

With the 286, you can also try just picking up the receiver on the phone and pressing the white button on the ATA (the one that turns red or green) to be able to get the IP read out to you

Re: configuring Grandstream HT 286
I noticed that you have a Belkin router. You might want to consider reading the following link:
http://help.activepbx.com/KB/a41/router ... compatible
I know it is not FPL saying so you may want to take it with a grain of salt. I know that bridonca abhors Belkin routers for VOIP.
