The DellVoice desktop keypad does not work when Java is updated to Version 6 Update 25. I uninstalled it and went to Java.com and installed their latest Version 7 Update 5. The keypad still does not work. DellVoice will only work when you uninstall Java completely and install the version linked to the DellVoice download which is Version 6 Update 33.
Please update your DellVoice program so that it is compatible with the latest version of Java which is Version 7 Update 5, not Version 6 Update 33. So many people on your forum are having the same keypad problem.
