How can you keep Dell Voice from automaticly launching?

How can you keep Dell Voice from automaticly launching?
I would like to run it when I need it because I would only want to use Dell Voice only when I am on WIFI, and even then, I want to use public WIFI that requires a login. Dell Voice of course gets in the way, and is fruitlessly trying to login when there is no chance it can. So is the a way to make it not boot up by default? I am using the android version. 1.3 I believe.
