CALLING INTERNATIONAL CELL PHONE

Hi,
I am a subscriber to 13.95$ long distance program, but I am not able to make a call to a cell number located in Europe,When will be possible to call international cell phones? , thanks

As our site states, cell phones can only be called in Canada/USA, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand.
The reason for this is that the termination fees charged by network carriers to call cell phones in other countries are so high that we could not afford to include it in the 13.95 price. Once we find carriers that can call cell phones in other countries for much lower rates, then we will gradually add them to the list.

How about the International Plan, I need to call Morocco. Do I have to pay extra for that or only 13,95$ ?

Morocco is not currently included.

These are the cities included, Landline is Blue, Red is Cell phone AND Landline:
